Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using UpTye's website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and clients.
Services
UpTye provides talent sourcing, staffing, and offshore team management services. The scope of services is defined in the Master Services Agreement (MSA) or Statement of Work (SOW) executed between UpTye and each client. Website access is provided on an 'as-is' basis without warranties.
Intellectual Property
All intellectual property created by candidates placed through UpTye is assigned to the client under the terms of the signed MSA. UpTye's website content, trademarks, and brand assets remain the exclusive property of UpTye Technologies Pvt. Ltd.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, UpTye's liability for any claim arising from use of our website or services is limited to the fees paid in the three months preceding the claim. We exclude liability for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be resolved by arbitration in Bengaluru under the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
Modifications
UpTye reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
